and security. Providing a safe and healthy environment for children, teachers, and staff is our top priority.
Safe and Secure Buildings
At New Family First Childcare Center, safety begins before you enter our schools. Each building has a locked front door with a
keypad. Families and staff may only enter with an individualized code that is unique to each school. These codes are
changed on a regular basis, and additionally as needed.
Classroom Monitoring and Management
At Family First Childcare, we prioritize safety with security cameras installed in all classrooms, outdoor play areas,
front entries, and building exteriors. Each school also has a tailored Emergency Preparedness Plan, which is regularly
reviewed and updated to ensure the highest level of protection.
On-Site Safety Monitor
At Family First Childcare, we understand that safety extends beyond physical security. That's why every school has
a designated safety monitor on-site. In addition to overseeing the school’s interior and exterior, our safety
monitors manage fire and tornado drills, conduct daily checks of playground equipment, handle incident reports,
ensure first aid supplies are stocked, and monitor food restrictions.
Highly Trained and Qualified Staff
At Family First Childcare, all employees undergo thorough background checks before beginning their roles. Every
staff member is trained in first aid and CPR, and receives continuous health and safety training to ensure the
well-being of all children in our care.
Safe Sleep
At Family First Childcare, we adhere to safe sleep guidelines for all children. Infants are placed on their backs in cribs, free
from bumpers, blankets, pillows, or toys. Toddlers and older children nap on cots with blankets brought from home, in
accordance with age-appropriate practices.

At Family First Childcare, we prioritize the health and safety of the children in our care every day. Our app enables contactless
check-in and check-out for children, and we consistently clean and sanitize all surfaces across our schools. Additionally,
we provide ongoing health and safety training to ensure our staff is always prepared.
Cleaner Air, Healthier Kids
At Family First Childcare, we've installed an ionization system in all our school buildings to purify the air, reduce allergens, eliminate
bacteria and viruses, and prevent the spread of germs. Additionally, we have clear policies in place for managing child illnesses,
ensuring healthier children and minimizing unnecessary absences.

At Family First Childcare, we are proud to be certified as an Eco-Healthy Child Care® provider by the Children’s Environmental Health Network.
